Amanda Goetz is the CEO/Founder of HLG Projects, an anti-hustle culture media company and community that teaches people how to build successful careers, personal brands and seven figure solopreneur businesses without burning out or selling out.
A debut author with her brand new book coming out in 2025, Amanda helps people have it all* (as defined by them and not society) and juggle all the roles they play in the story of their lives.

A CMO-turned-entrepreneur, first generation college grad, working single mother, and self-made millionaire, Amanda brings powerful insights combined with personal experience from her climb to the top.
She’s known for her tactical advice and for calling out hustle culture and all the headwinds facing working parents today.
Amanda teaches working parents (and those who aspire to juggle work and family) how to create time and money in spite of the very real obstacles in their path. She’s the author of Life’s a Game newsletter and creator of a high-performance group coaching program for working parents looking to build towards financial freedom without burning out or selling out.
Her Office Hours community has helped hundreds of working parents launch successful businesses, build new income streams, and attain both financial and time freedom.
Previously Amanda founded and sold House of Wise, the luxury wellness brand giving women permission to make space for better sleep, hotter sex, less stress and more strength.
Prior to launching House of Wise, Amanda spent five years at The Knot Worldwide (formerly XO Group) as Head of Marketing, overseeing brand and product marketing for The Knot and WeddingWire. Before that, she was the founder of a technology startup for the wedding industry, following her career as an international wedding planner. The earliest years of Amanda’s career were spent at Ernst & Young. Amanda has served as Fractional CMO and advisor for numerous startups.
Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration, Marketing and a focus in Statistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign all while working 4 jobs.
She is a single mom of 3 who found love again and is currently testing out every sunscreen in the market on her children in their new home in Miami, FL.
